چکیده
An analytical method was developed to quantify a mixture of acetaminophen, metoprolol, methylparaben, carbamazepine, naproxen, estrone, estradiol, diclofenac, benzophenone, ibuprofen, progesterone, and mefenamic acid from domestic wastewater samples. To match fast efficient chromatographic separation for different classes compounds, an automated scouting liquid system associated with the experimental design produced by DryLab® software. HLB cartridges were used extract analytes sample matrix, which followed detection quantitation chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The lowest limits found acetaminophen carbamazepine (0.625 pg L −1 ) metoprolol (0.4 ).

Development of a method for rapid quantitation of amino acids by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MSMS) in plasma.
A new analytical method has been developed and is proposed for the rapid determination of eighteen common amino acids, including tryptophan, in plasma and dried blood spots, by liquid chromatography coupled with ionspray tandem mass spectrometry. Potentially the method can include other amino acids and can be used for the diagnosis of metabolic disease. The use of the ionspray tandem mass spect...

Organic compounds in domestic wastewater have a highly differentiated composition, which depends on the source of wastewater. Detailed fractionation of organic pollutants is indispensible to determine their transformation during treatment processes. Mathematical modeling requires the division of organic compounds in wastewater into the fractions: dissolved, suspended, biodegradable, and unbiode...
